Instructional Coaching and Feedback

School districts are relying more and more on lead teachers and instructional facilitators to observe faculty members and support them in creating professional growth plans that help them continually refine their craft and improve student outcomes. This course teaches the skills and approach needed to be a successful in giving meaningful feedback, helping create instructional strategies, introducing new and innovative resources, and assessing the success of the results. It also shares techniques for having “hard conversations” that produce positive results.
